Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known role is her character of Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 movie White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs as well as Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. Anne Dudek was an American actor who is best known for her character Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 comedy White Chicks. In addition, she has been credited for her television appearances, including Dr. Amber Volakis on Fox's House, Danielle Brookson on the network's Covert Affairs, and Lura Grant in the HBO series Big Love. Dudek is a Massachusetts native who attended Northwestern University. It was where she was able to get her first acting job on stage in The Iphigenia Cycle. The production was staged in New York City, the production was taken off-Broadway where Dudek was awarded the Joseph E. calloway award as well as American Theater Magazine profiled her as a young actor to be watched. Dudek played roles on TV and in the movies. Between 2008 and 2016, the talented actress married Matthew Heller. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts on March 22 1975, but grew up in Newton. In her early days she attended Northwestern University where she performed in several theatre productions. Her debut on the stage was also her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain (2000). Her performance in The Glass Menagerie earned her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group: A British Comedy-Drama was her first show in the world of television. She has appeared as guest on a diverse range of programs like Desperate Women How I Met Your Mother, Friends, ER, Charmed Bodies Numb3rs, or Six Feet Under. In the first episode, Lucinda was portrayed by her. Later on the show Law & Order Criminal Intent she played a teacher who has a sex relationship with a young child. Dudek had her first appearance at House during its fourth season in the role of the character Amber Volakis. Amber is among the forty of Dr. Gregory House's 40 candidates for a position as a permanent member on House's team. Her character continued to appear throughout the entire season, but she was then eliminated during the two-part finale, Wilson's Heart and House's Head. In the following episode, she appeared in the episode Saviors of Season 5, as the character who was House's hallucination. The character continued to be seen as this for the rest of the series. Dudek appeared later in Mad Men, as the neighbor close to Francine Hanson. She also played an antagonistic spouse of Alby Grant on Big Love. Both roles were recurring. Dudek was cast in Covert Affairs as Danielle Brooks who is the sibling of the protagonist. Other film roles she has played are Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
